BC Gaming Commission

In February 2009, the BC Provincial Committee received a Direct Access Grant of $117,000 from the BC Provincial Government Gaming Commission.  This grant is to be allocated on a yearly basis at a rate of $39.000 per year over our next three fiscal years starting 2008/09.  $35,000 of this annual Grant has been awarded to assist in supporting our Glider Flying Program, with the $4000 balance used in support of our Effective Speaking Program.  For the past several years, both our Glider Flying Program and Effective Speaking Program have received generous financial assistance from the BC Gaming Commission
